Tricky horses:
Trouble at the mounting block? Bucks when you ask for a canter strike off? Once you've checked that there is no medical reason for these behaviours, I'd be happy to help you and your equine partner work through any issues you have. I have been working with horses for many years, and have learned a few techniques that help me get along with those horses that not everyone can get along with. I take it slow and steady, listen to what your horse has to say and work with him to resolve any anxiety/distress he is displaying.
Youngsters
I love young horses! The way your horse is started greatly affects how she will perform for the rest of her life. Laying down a good foundation will make her happy to learn, and willing to work with you in the future in whatever discipline you chose to ride in.
